I live by the creed that the only good solution is one that actually works for the people who use it. Being people-focused means looking at how a build a solution to fit the culture, skills, and needs of the people who use it, and understanding the impact products make on the human experience.

I have the focus and foresight to plan out and execute projects on both a macro and micro scale. I am constantly shifting my mental lens to gain an understanding of how each element fits into the bigger solution, creating a whole experience end-to-end. This often leads me to foresee and address issues before they happen.

Ideation is one of my top strengths, which means I am skilled at finding connections between seemingly dissimilar concepts. I use my ability to shift through, comprehend, and construct mental models of complex information to craft effective solutions and initiatives.
